Vulcan Ridge Works & Registration Activity

21-Mar-2017: Vulcan Ridge Has Registered

We are very pleased to announce that the Vulcan Ridge plan of subdivision has registered at the LPI.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and wish you all the very best for the future.

08-Mar-2017: Registration Update

The Vulcan Ridge subdivision certificate was released from Council today. The plans will now be signed and lodged with Land and Property Information (LPI). After lodgement, a plan can take up to 48hrs to appear within the LPI system as having been received. It then is placed in the LPI queue until it is assigned to an examiner, who will authorise registration of the plan, with settlements to follow. The time required for the LPI to process the plans can be between 2 and 4 weeks.

We look forward to posting our next update when registration has occurred!

08-Feb-2017: Plan Registration

The subdivision certificate package, lodged with Camden Council in January, is in the final stages of checking. This process has taken longer than expected due to the size of the development at 215 lots, however we understand that the release from Council is imminent.

Please check this live update page regularly in the coming days for further news. The next email update will occur when the plan is lodged with the LPI for registration.

14-Sep-2016: Construction Update

Works are progressing well at Vulcan Ridge. We are pleased to note that we have caught up time lost on previous delays and with road bases being laid, there is less possibility of further delays due to bad weather.

In terms of specific progress over recent weeks, sewer and storm water pipes are currently being laid and due for completion very soon. Access along Jamboree Avenue is open again and the fabulous park planned for Jamboree Ave is well underway.

Over the coming 4-6 weeks we aim to have the roads, along with and the curb and guttering complete.

The images below show the progress of recent construction.

30-May-2016: Update on Registration

Site remediation works are now complete at Vulcan Ridge and bulk earthworks are well underway. We experienced some minor bureaucratic delays obtaining our Civil approvals, as the site sits within the Camden Council area but drains into the Campbelltown area. These approvals are now in place, but we have deferred our registration target date to 4th quarter 2016.

The images and video below provide an excellent feel for how works are now progressing well.
